I am getting a sync error message and my online clipboard has not been updated for a while. Is there any way I can trace what the problem is (error logs etc.)?

Yep! On the Settings > Troubleshooting tab, enable the "Logging: Important Only" option and click OK. After trying to sync, just use the Help > Support Request option from anywhere in the ClipboardFusion Settings to send us the logs along with a description of the issue and we'll get it sorted out for you :)

Hi,

Thanks for the quick response (unlike mine ;) ).

I have done as suggested. Except that the support request fails :(

Any thoughts?

Ok, seems like your computer is definitely having trouble contacting our API for some reason. The logs are in C:\users\username\AppData\Roaming\ClipboardFusion. They're DebugInfo.html and ClipboardFusion.log. Could you try a sync again, and then just attach the files here?
