I have this set up:
Settings > Hotkeys > Show Local Pinned Menu Item = Ctrl-F11
When I strike Ctrl-F11 Clipboard Manager appears with the Local Pinned tab as expected.
However focus does go to Clipboard Manager.
It used to and I want to restore that function.
Focus remians with whatever window had focus when I hit Ctrl-F11.
Any ideas?
The last time I made changes was in relation to Alt-Tab Screen and this issue Where is the Always on Top setting?

I believe we fixed this up in our latest beta, can you try it out and let me know if the issue persists? Here's the link: https://www.clipboardfusion.com/Download/Beta/

Let me know if the auto pasting issue happens as well.

Do other hotkeys also lose focus, like the "Show Default Item Menu", or "Show History Menu"?

For the auto pasting, do you have "Enable one key navigation in Clipboard Manager Menus" enabled in the ClipboardFusion Settings > Clipboard Manager tab?
