When open Clipboard Manager does not appear in the list of open programs
That is the list that appears when you hit Alt-Tab in windows OS.
Is it possible to make CLipboard Manager appear here?

Thanks for sending that over. In the ClipboardFusion Settings > Clipboard Mananger tab, do you have "Keep Clipboard Manager open after losing focus" disabled?
If you open the ClipboardFusion Settings window, does that appear in AltTab?

Yes sir the Settings window appears in the Alt-ab display
Only Clipboard Manager does not
I will check my oher latop later today and update here.

Ah, we were able to reproduce this on our end so I've added it to our list to look into. We'll let you know if we have anything further on it going forward.

How about it appears in the Alt-Tab menu (which I like) byt does NOT appear in the start bar?

Unfortunately that seems to be the only work around for now, if we're able to do this in the future we'll let you know.
