In previous versions, I had resized the preview popup to be a suitable size for me, and that size was remembered. It's especially important for me, since I have a trigger that automatically shows the preview popup every time I copy anything to the clipboard. So, I see the preview popup sometimes hundreds of times per day.
Now, in version 6.3, the ability to remember/save the size of the preview popup is no longer possible.
For text that is copied to the clipboard in Version 6.3:
The preview popup can be resized, but it doesn't remember that size. The next time the preview popup is shown for text that is copied to the clipboard, it goes back to its default size, which is too big for my purposes.
For images that are copied to the clipboard in Version 6.3:
A different size preview popup is shown for each image, seemingly according to the dimensions of the image. Several versions in the past (before the long drought where image previews didn't work at all) image previews would fit into the size of the remembered/saved preview window. I would prefer that the size of the preview window I've configured is remembered and respected, such that each image preview fits into the size of the preview window I choose to use. I don't want a different-sized preview popup window each time.
We'll add that to our list, thanks!

Please can this be kept in mind. I notice that the 6.4 Betas don't address it yet, and I really hope it can be addressed soon. Prior versions already had the necessary code, so in theory it should be quick/easy to implement.
At the moment this is planned for 6.4 Beta 3. Will post an update when it is implemented.
Thanks!
6.4 Beta 4 is out and ready for testing! This feature is included, can you give it a try and let me know how it looks for you? Thanks!

I've just installed 6.4 Beta 6, copied some text to the clipboard (which automatically triggered a Preview Popup according to my trigger rules), resized that Preview Popup to be much smaller, and then copied some other text to the clipboard, which showed a Preview Popup which was bigger than the size I'd just chosen. So it didn't appear to save the size I tried to save for the Preview Popup.
Update: It seems that the Preview Popup size is saved when changing its size while an image is being displayed by the Preview Popup. But the size is not saved when changing its size while text is being displayed by the Preview Popup.

That's interesting, we'll take a look at the saving and get it fixed up for the next beta. Thanks!
