Hi Keith,
I am facing an issue with initiating trigger on double copy. The thing is on double copy is not being triggered, even though it is selected as such in the trigger page.
I am attaching the log(level 3) for your reference.

It looks like it's seeing the double-copy as happening too quickly. What's the "Ignore Clipboard changes if they occur faster than" option set to on the Settings > Clipboard Manager tab? If it's over 200, could you try setting it to 150 and see if that helps?

Hmm that seemed to be the case, it was set at 400ms because SnagIt sometimes took multiple snaps of screen. Set it 150 ms and its working for now. But any idea why it was working before at 400 and stopped now?
