I am not sure if you are referring to a specific feature in CBF.
In general terms yes.
I would like to set a configurable delay between the typing of characters as they are pasted from the clipboard.
Does that clarify?
By default, ClipboardFusion just pastes the text (e.g. it puts the text on the clipboard, then does a paste action).
If you right-click and item you can do the "Type Text" action to have it typed out instead, but there isn't a way to control the speed at the moment.
