Greetings
Grateful for any comments or feedback on this matter.
When I highlight something within notepad (or any app) and run a macro to pin the text, it shows up in Clipboard Manager pinned items immediately.
SecureCRT and pin that text, it does not show in the Pinned items tab of Clipboard Manager until I mouse over the item.

Why might this be?
Is there something I can do to overcome?

SecureCRT is downloadable and can run on a trial for some time e.g. 30 days I think.

Does this only happen in a remote connection, or does it happen in a local command prompt via the app as well?

Sorry for delay
Good question
Seems to be working today only very slowly.
About 5-7s in my estimate when adding from local cmd or in an SSH connection.
I appreciate the client software esp when in an SSH connection may be interfering with keystrokes etc.
I have investigated that possibility but you never know.
Are you reporducing anything?
Should it take such a long time to show up in CBF Manager?

Yeah I'm able to reproduce that delay on my end. It looks like SecureCRT locks the clipboard object for a while before ClipboardFusion is able to access it, there isn't much we can do there unfortunately.

This looks related though may be a different issue
When I run my macro
Copy Test to Local Pinned Slot XX
I experience a meaningful delay before the Clipboard Manager displays the entry in pinned items
I have 2 videos with delay seems to be
- 7s duration (t=11 to t=1
; and
- 5s duration (t=14 to t=19)
When I run the same script(s) with highlighted text there is no noticable delay
- 1s? duration (t=5 to t=6)
Is this something that can be fixed/improved?
Stupendous software either way!!!!!!

Thanks for sending that over. I think it takes a while because it adds placeholders to the empty pinned slots to get it to line up properly. If you have items set in all your pinned slots and run the macro, is it instant?

Does not seem to make any difference
There is some variation in the delay but still present it seems to me.
Control video again shows basically instant

Interesting, I can't seem to reproduce that here. Could you send me a backup of your settings? You can grab them via the ClipboardFusion Settings Window > Options > Export Settings.

Thanks for sending that over, I still can't seem to reproduce this on my end with your settings. Do you have any other 3rd party apps that control copies/the clipboard?

so for you no delay - more or less instantaneous?
I will play around with my laptop setup
