I installed ClipboardFusion on both my Desktop and Laptop computers (the license permits that) and they were in sync.

Now when I had to reinstall my Laptop after entered the login for Binary Fortress account it does not want to sync Macros. I did forget to logout from old installation but now it's too late.

How can I make sync work again?

You shouldn't need to logout of the old installation. After you login, does anything show up on the Macros tab at all? If not, do you get any errors?

Hi Keith,

After I log in (and I stayed logged in) no macros appear and clicking on "Sync Macros" does nothing.

No error reported.

Ok, would you be able to send over a debug log?
  • On the Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal"
  • Restart ClipboardFusion
  • Try to sync
  • Send us the %%APPDATA%%\ClipboardFusion\ClipboardFusion.log file (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab)
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Now I switched on the laptop and to my surprise all the macros were synced!
