Can you open the ClipboardFusion Settings > Application Exceptions tab, and send me a screenshot of the Edit window from the "Default Copy Settings" entry?

Strange that the format list in the default rule is empty. Could you add the "Text" and "Images" items to that list using the Add button there and let me know if that makes any difference for newly copied images?

All images accept the last one are visible in baloons, hope will be pasted well, too. Dont's know about the last one, may be it was copied before the settings changes. the 8bi file lost. Not sure that I need to keep files in memory for future reuse
I have a similar problem. Sometimes images disappear. No idea when. Item Copy Rule is this (see attached).
And in attached history list you see [Whitespace] which was a copied image.
Problem is still there. What I notice is that the disappearing screenshots are those made in Google Chrome, thus webpages. See attached png for my settings and [Whitespace] which were the web page screenshots.
And same problem in the local pinned list. An image from the history list moved to the local pinned list (=9 in the png) but disappeared. Should be (moved again) the last one in the third png. Image is screenshot of part of the desktop, so not a Google Chrome webpage as mentioned before. I used Greenshot and have now installed ShareX, but no improvement.
Not sure about those "Whitespace" entries, as they seem to have the icon for a text entry so they shouldn't ever have been images.
However, I think I've been able to reproduce the issue of some images copied from Chrome being blank. I've added this to our list to fix up for the next version.
