This isn't something we have built in, but you can add a hotkey to the "Show History Menu" function in the ClipboardFusion Settings > HotKeys tab, to switch back quickly.

I have already done the hotkey for show history menu and its good, but i have thousands of files to work with pinned items and come back to history, so to reduce the clicks or to reduce strain for hands, so I thought this idea or a feature for this amazing clipboard fusion tool.
