hi, how can I toggle the history window on/off with ctl+grave hotkey? 5.9.1
in 5.9.1 control+grave brings history window up, I want to use then control+grave to toggle hidden. used to to work in 5.9 but had to reload everything after computer died. Cant rememebr how i did it.
Any ideas thankyou.
Yes i can control+grave to view history window then escape to close it. and when selecting an item the text pastes and history window closes. As far as i can remember the control+grave and again used to open then close it. maybe its the old grey cells getting work out! Curse PC total meltdowns!
In theory there is no difference between theory and practise,
but in practise, there is!

Hi Maxwell,

This isn't something we've supported, but I've added this to our feature request list. We don't guarantee that feature requests will be implemented, or offer timelines on possible implementation. We'll be sure to let you know if we do add it to our planned features in a future version.

Thanks!

thanks for that, I now realise another program has that action and it is so useful i thought it was something that i had and lost. However in most operational cases opening and selecting a past item does the same thing where the selection vault is then closed. However in cases where a quick examination of items copied and not to be used at that point a toggle into view and then toggle out of view is a reasonable feature to have, i think.
