Did you create the folder under the same drive letter on each machine?

Strange, I just tested with these steps and it worked fine, you're testing the same way?

1. Create a folder on the root of the C drive and set that to the database location in the ClipboardFusion Settings > Clipboard History Tab

2. Create a backup of the database via the ClipboardFusion Settings > Options > Export Settings

3. Create the same folder on the C drive of the second computer, and copy the database to that location

4. Select that folder as the database location via the ClipboardFusion Settings > Clipboard History tab
