i just downloaded fusion. i do not know it. how do i paste current date, current time, and both nsame time. if you say a macro, where do i get it and make it work?

We have a macro called "Paste today's date formatted as YYYY-MM-DD_" that you can download (ClipboardFusion Settings > Macros > Download premade Macros).
On line 15, you can adjust the formatting to include the time. For example, this format would add the time after the date: "yyyy-MM-dd_HH-MM"
