We have a macro called "Paste today's date formatted as YYYY-MM-DD_" that you can download (ClipboardFusion Settings > Macros > Download premade Macros).

On line 15, you can adjust the formatting to include the time. For example, this format would add the time after the date: "yyyy-MM-dd_HH-MM"
