When ClipboardFusion is set to start automatically with Windows, the Clipboard Manager window starts off in a confused state. With ClipboardFusion just running in the tray initially after login, the Clipboard Manager is not supposed to be considered a visible/foreground application window by Windows, but it is.

Steps to reproduce (and 2 different ways to see the problem):

1. Do a fresh, full reboot of Windows 11 (with the fast start-up feature disabled to ensure that it's a truly fresh login session) and then log in to Windows. At this point, ClipboardFusion should be running in the tray, but do not interact with it in any way.
2. Open Task Manager to the 'Processes' tab. Notice that in the 'Apps' category (as opposed to the 'Background processes' category) ClipboardFusion is listed. (This is the first way to notice the problem. Before the Clipboard Manager has been shown for the first time, Windows thinks that ClipboardFusion is an active, visible window).
3. Lock Windows (WinKey + L), and then Unlock Windows. Notice that as soon as the Desktop appears, the Clipboard Manager window appears in the foreground unexpectedly. (This is the second way to notice the problem).
4. After dismissing/closing the Clipboard Manager window, it is then no longer in a confused state for that Windows session. If you go into Task Manager at this stage, ClipboardFusion correctly shows only in the 'Background processes' category.

I really hope this will be fixed for CF 6.4 Beta 2.

Do you think you could have the courtesy to at least confirm that you've tried the repro steps I took the time to write, and confirm that you've seen the problem with your own eyes?

We've just released a new ClipboardFusion beta and this issue should be fixed up. Multiple staff here have tested with both debug builds and the final installer build of 6.4 Beta 2 to confirm. Please let us know if you still run into this issue after installing.

Thanks!

It is only half-fixed in 6.4 Beta 2.

After a fresh reboot into Windows 11, opening Task Manager still shows ClipboardFusion in the 'Apps' category on the 'Processes' tab. So it is still incorrectly considered to be a foreground/active window initially.
