Clipboard Manager refuses to stay on top, its very annoying, sometimes i can solve the problem by restarting the app but often it stays at the back of other windows, I can't solve the problem with Powertoys (the stay on top function) . But i can solve the problem by opening CF settings and apply settings (a little strange).

Hello, i send two files, the first is when i exit Clipboard Fusion and restart it or used the settings button, on that way the problem is gone.
The second file is when i just restarted windows, then the problem exists until i restart or use the settings.
