I get this every time I copy a cell or cells in Excel:

An error occurred while processing the Clipboard contents.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object

ClipboardFusion 1.4.0 (happened in previous versions too)
WindowsServer 2003

It's really annoying, especially since the only way to stop it is quit CF (setting it to not scrub clipboard automatically doesn't stop the error)

Can you please give the latest version a try (v1.4.1)? You can find it here:
http://www.binaryfortress.com/clipboardfusion/

It fixes a number of issues, and I'm wondering if your issue is one of them.

Thanks,
Jon

I'm experiencing the same issue with ClipboardFusion 1.4.1 and Excel 2007.

The following workaround appears to help:
Uncheck Show Clipboard preview popup (for HTML Colours and Images)
