Multiple times now I have added program exceptions, to not monitor clipboard activity.
After a while I've noticed the program list is empty and it's not working. ?
We've had a few other customers mention this happening, but we can't seem to reproduce it here. We have it on our list to look into, if you notice any pattern when it gets wiped, could you let us know so we can add it to our notes?

Thanks!
My first guess is a settings file is being deleted when a tool sweeps the computer, but I haven't tested that yet.
Update: I've been using my computer normally and checking if the exceptions are still there.
The only different thing I've been doing is not use any computer cleaning tools, and the exceptions are still there.
Ok, I've ran my computer sweep and windows disk cleanup too. The exceptions are still there. Interesting.
My next guess is antivirus. I did have some odd settings for my 'clipboard fusion' whitelist items, so I'm not sure now.
I've been experiencing similar problems with my application exceptions... Every couple of days or so my exceptions disappear and I'm forced to reenter them!
I've not been able to find out how/why it has been happening...
I've encountered this same issue, i.e. several times in the past I've noticed that all my application exceptions have disappeared. Each time I've had to re-import my saved application settings from an earlier time to restore my configuration.
I have third party antivirus. I double checked that Clipboard Fusion was whitelisted. It wasn't.
So I've whitelisted it, then reapplied my Clipboard Fusion application exception settings.
We will see if the settings stick now.
When the issue happens, if you head to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Binary Fortress Software\ClipboardFusion\AppExceptions, are the app exception entries still there, or are they deleted?

There's a key, that carries a bunch of metadata info. But I don't see anything else.
It should show a folder per app exception you created, it looks like the keys are being deleted entirely. We've added some extra logging to our next beta to see if we can see what's up there, we'll let you know once it's released.
