Unfortunately I am not familiar with VB or C#. Can someone guide me on how to make a macro that would append the current date to the clipboard?

I was able to make a macro that should do what you need. All it does is append the current date on a new line under the current clipboard text. To use this macro, open the Macros tab in the Settings window, click the 'Import' button, then select the file that I attached to this post.
