One other thing I've noticed is that even though I have my settings to configured to open the clipboard manager pinned tab in the same location as it was in the last time, it doesn't do it every time. It does it about one time in three. I have dual monitors though so maybe that's why, but still should be able to be consistent since it does do it sometimes.

Also, settings are configured for it to always open by default to my pinned items tab but instead it opens to the history tab instead and I have to manually click on the pinned tab.

We have an issue on our list to look into where the window is getting moved when unlocking the desktop, so that might be causing this. If we have any news on that going forward we'll let you know.

Are you using the "Show Default Item Menu" action, not the "Show History Menu" action?

Neither, and looking through all of the options in the settings dialogue I'm not even sure where you're talking about because I don't see those two items anywhere. I have the program configured to start with Windows, and I have the tray icon set to open with one click or clear history with two clicks. I normally have it running minimized in the tray whenever I don't need it.

When I click the tray icon once it is opening on the monitor it should open on like 2-3 times out of 5 and opening on the other monitor the remaining times even though the "Open clipboard manager window at:" is set to "Last location" and then randomly it is opening to the history tab rather than the pinned tab even though the "Default clipboard manager to focus" is set to "pinned".

Can you send me a screenshot of the ClipboardFusion Settings > Tray Icon Settings tab?

If you set the "Single Click Action" to "Show Default Item Menu", and then head to the Clipboard Manager tab, and change the "Default Clipboard Manager list to focus" to "Pinned", does the issue still happen?

Well, the default clipboard manager list to focus is already set to pinned. I changed the single click action to show default item menu but it will take a day or two to know if it had any effect since it doesn't do it all the time. If you find out anything on the "Open clipboard manager window at:" not opening at the last location, I'd sure like to hear about it. And again, it's a dual monitor setup and it's desired for it to open at the same spot on the right hand monitor but some of the time it is opening on the left hand monitor instead. And when it does that, it is opening to the History tab, so I guess we'll see if the two were related. Thanks.

As I mentioned, several years ago in fact as well as like last week, I would absolutely pay for this program if you guys could take a look at making the pinned items "edit" windows resizable so you can see the full text contained in that pinned item to make it more easily editable. You wouldn't think it would be that hard since most windows that open in Windows are automatically resizable unless you specify that they not be. So maybe, UN-specify that they not be?

Well, that didn't solve either of those issues. It is still doing the same thing BUT what I have noticed that I didn't notice before is that it is only doing this behavior where it moves to the other monitor and changes to the history menu instead of the pinned menu, IF I leave the clipboard manager (With focus on the pinned menu) open and put the system to sleep. Then when I wake it is is moving to the other monitor and changing to the history tab.

This is something I could certainly live with although it doesn't seem to be normal behavior, but being able to resize those edit windows for the pinned items would be a really good thing to find a way to fix when you guys have a chance.

Okay excellent, that sounds like the issue I mentioned in my first post then. We'll keep you posted if we have anything further here, thanks!

And then yesterday I noticed another new, related thing. I did not have the clipboard manager open, at all, only clipboard fusion was in the tray. When I woke the system from sleep, boom, there was the clipboard manager opened to the history tab on the monitor I did not last close it on. So it opened itself AND on the wrong location, when I woke from sleep.

Then today, woke the computer from sleep and it stayed in the right spot, but was again changed to the history tab so it's definitely something to do with resuming from sleep whatever it is.
