Mobile Devices in ‘My Account’

I see this heading in 'My Account', with comment "no mobile devices registered". what is the purpose of this, abd how do I register mobile devices? Does this relate to syncing from iOS to Windows PC?

I answered this through email, but for anyone else who comes across this:

Our current mobile version of ClipboardFusion doesn't register for push, so it's normal for no devices to show in that list. We are working on a new version that will register devices for push, and show up there, which will allow new items to sync to/from the device quicker.
