It would be really helpful for my application of the program to be able to drag and drop the history items into a new order. The 10 items that can be accessed by keyboard shortcut change during the process of my daily tasks, changing which items are a priority until I've completed a given task. Thanks!

Hi Michael,
We have this open as a feature request, so I've added your vote to it. We'll be sure to let you know if/when we have any news on it in the future.
In the meantime, if your pasting the same items multiple times, you might benefit from using the pinned item list, when can be dragged and sorted.
