ClipboardFusion beta 3 doesn't support Clipboard History retention at the moment, but we are looking to add it to a future beta. I'll add your vote to our feature request list and let you know when we are able to implement it.

The latest ClipboardFusion Beta versions now have the ability to keep a persistent local history, and you can pin items locally as well, without having to sync them
