As described in the Headline: It would be great if i can change the on / off mode by mouse click (left button) on the tray icon.
This function provides for example "HovText".

I've added this to our feature request list and I'll be sure to post an update if/when we're able to implement it.

Thanks!

Just wanted to let you know that in the latest ClipboardFusion Beta (http://www.clipboardfusion.com/Download/Beta), we've implemented this feature request :)

Thanks!

Feature request: How about changing the icon to show disable (slash thru it), and enable as it is now? :)

Thanks Keith for the consideration. I'd prefer to have an option to suppress the balloon listing the toggle.
I saw another requested left-click, show history... advanced would be a customizable left click.
You guys are awesome.

@cpufox: That's currently on our feature request list, so I'll definitely let you know if/when we're able to implement it :)

Thanks!

Hi Keith,

Until I discovered you could suppress the default balloon popup I was similarly annoyed. I think the default should be off, with the option of the popups. Less is sometimes more ...

Unfortunately I'm finding the "popup" window enable/disable a bit annoying, but am now using Settings to properly disable, and the Advanced Settings "No tray icon notification balloons will be shown"

Sometimes, when I am not using Ctrl-C, the "slash" arrow continues to work, almost as if it's capturing all keyboard activity, even though I'm not copying. Not sure I know what it's trying to indicate. I do like the left click enable function, but can you explain why the arrow throbs as if it's syncing or copying clipboard with normal typing? It's almost like it's trying to tell me its still enabled.

What I would prefer is a single slash (right top to left bottom in "red") or an X through the icon when disabled. I am not a fan of the throbbing arrow to indicate it's enable, brief throb when using CTRL-C would be ok to indicate it scrubbed, but the constant activity is a bit annoying. I understand it may be trying to sync or query other devices, but I prefer not to see constant activity from an icon.

My opinion. Help me understand why the continual throbbing is helpful.

UPDATE: It's working correctly, it likely was multiple devices I had setup syncing. I rebooted two PCs and all is syncing properly, just not sure why it continues was sync is completed, when I type (not clip) on one side or the other. I use Teamviewer extensively, so tend to watch multiple PCs when I'm controlling others remote..

Thanks

Strange! Mine is only animated while it's syncing, which is usually less than 10 seconds. So yours is still animated while you're typing, even after a sync is completed? ClipboardFusion only hooks the normal copy messages (Ctrl + C). We don't do any sort of hooking for regular keystrokes at all.

I'll get you more accuracy on when, and possibly why, for testing, I've been loading on several mobile clients (IOS and Android), as well as multiple PCs. As time allows, I'll get you better information if I can repeat the behavior
