We're very excited to announce that ClipboardFusion 5.1.1 is now available for download! We've fixed a few bugs and added some UI improvements to the Tray Item Menus. We have also changed the way One Key Navigation works to be more consistant for people moving from version 4.2. If you aren't a fan of the way it behaves in this version, we have also added an option in the Advanced Settings to change it back.

ClipboardFusion 5.1.1 Changes

  • One Key Navigation can now select the first item in a list
  • Advanced Setting to not allow first item to be selected in a list with One Key Navigation
  • You can now paste to the Desktop
  • Pressing Shift+Enter in the Clipboard Manager will set the Clipboard without pasting
  • Paste Target improvements
  • General fixes and improvements

Updating ClipboardFusion

We encourage everyone to update to the new version today to take advantage of these improvements. If you would like to see a complete list of all the changes, please view the ClipboardFusion Change Log.

Thanks Thomas. All the changes have made this product, at-least for me, the best product.

With reference to the 5.1.1 upgrade, however I have a question with regards to one newly added feature
Quote:
One Key Navigation can now select the first item in a list

The question is with the one key navigation feature activated how can we just open history view, as it thinks its a selection of the first item rather than to open the window. Am I missing something?

Thanks

This update is nice, thanks BFS! I especially like Shift+Enter functionality.

UWK-87: you can't keep History window open as before if One Key Navigation is enabled. Yes, it will paste the first item on key release and immediately close the window.

There are 2 options for you in this case:
1) Right-click on ClipboardFusion icon in menu tray and navigate to 'Show Clipboard History Tab' option;
2) Change Advanced settings to have behavior as it was before.

See attached screenshots for illustration.
