After I click the extension and log in, I can see my synced items, but the next time I click the extension, I have to log in again. Based on comments in the Chrome Web Store, this has been a problem since Feb 16, 2020. Is this going to be fixed any time soon?

Followed up via email but will post here for others to see as well. I've got an update from our developers on this. We will be discontinuing the Chrome extension soon, and replacing it with an updated Windows Store app.
