Hi Keith/Thomas,
This bug will be hard to re-produce since even I can't pinpoint the cause but this has happened to me 3 times so I am sure there is a small issue. My GUESS is that it happens after couple of hibernation/sleep cycles.
The bug is that when we open CF we do not see any data, even if we go through all the tabs Local, Pinned, Online, Online Pinned & Macros. The picture of the output is as below:

To resolve it, simple exit CF and open it again and everything works fine.
I am attaching a small video of the issue so you can get a better understanding.

Would you be able to send a debug log? Here are the steps:

  • On the ClipboardFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L2: Log Detailed" and click Apply
  • Restart ClipboardFusion
  • The next time this occurs, note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Send us the %APPDATA%\ClipboardFusion\ClipboardFusion.log file (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab)
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Hi Keith,
Sure I can do that. However, there is some days between each occurrences so is it okay to keep it at L2: Detailed for a few days?

Yep, that should be fine. If you run into trouble with the logging set at L2, please let me know.
