Hi,

I would like ClipBoard Fusion to automatically clear my entire clipboard history (except pinned items) when I shut down my PC - is this possible?

I'm aware of the "clear clipboard after x seconds" option which I could set at 14400 etc BUT I work on my PC for varying lengths of time each day (sometimes an hour or two, sometimes 14 hours) and I don't want the clipboard to be wiped until I'm finished working.

Therefore; rather than set a specific time to clear the clipboard; it would be great if it could be event driven i.e. on detecting the shutdown event.

Is it possible to achieve this please using the existing settings / using a Macro? If not; please could you consider event-based triggers in a future release :)

Regards
Al

PS: Sometimes a reboot is necessary during the day (its the nature of using Windows hehe). If the wiping can be event-driven; is it possible for the ClipBoard Fusion to only wipe on a shutdown rather than a restart?

ClipboardFusion actually works this way already. The clipboard history is wiped on restarts, but Pinned and Recent items are kept. Are you referring to the Recent items?
