Ah ok, what you're seeing is the expected behaviour. Synced items get put in the online recent items list (the cloud tab in the Clipboard Manager window). And on mobile, we can't listen to the clipboard to automatically sync everything you copy, it has to be added manually with the + button.

As for running Triggers on synced text, that's an interesting idea. I will add a feature request to our list for a "New text synced" Trigger Event.
