  • On the ClipboardFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Reply with the file attached
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log


Hi there Keith. I was directed to this thread by C# Clouseau. I have a similar issue - the trigger doesn't successfully run on double-copy, but does for single-copy. Can you please have a look over at my thread over here?

It's slightly modified from the one that's in the script repository.

You can import the attached macro on the Settings > Macros tab, apply the settings, then have your Trigger rule run that macro.

In my trigger/replace I want a whitespace scrub and in addition several text replacements: 6 spaces by 1 space, 5 spaces by 1, 4 spaces by 1 and so on. The same for six \n, five \n etc for each \n only. The \n-replacement is not in the doc, but doesn't work either. To keep it simple, let's look at the spaces. No idea what is going on. ]]>
