Which profiles are you saving? And do they save successfully despite not showing the notification?

Thanks! I'm seeing the toast notification in the lower right of my primary monitor when I save a Desktop Icon Profile. Could you check the Windows Settings > System > Notifications & actions section, and see if the notifications for DisplayFusion are disabled there?
