It looks like the first thing the Macro did was copy, so it was actually clearing out the clipboard when you tried to paste the text from the PDF into Excel. I put together a new version of the Macro that doesn't copy text first. The way you should try to use this Macro now is:

• Copy text from your PDF file
• Use the Macro to paste text into Excel

Some Microsoft Office programs like Excel do some wacky things with the Clipboard that sometimes aren't compatible with ClipboardFusion. Would you be able to let us know what version of Excel you're using so we can try testing here?

Got great help with the attached macro! Thank you for that.

I'm pasting a lot from PDF files into Excel.

The attached Macro DOES remove the linebreaks if pasting to Word, or to Notepad.

But, can't seem to find a way for it to do the same when pasting to Excel.

I tried clicking inside cells and pasting directly. Nothing pastes, though the Macro does execute.

I tried pasting into the Formula bar. Same results.

What do you think is happening?
