So my observation, I don't think it increases becuase of the images. I have seen it actually decrease when I take images. Wanted to report a bug. This happend to me multiple times, wanted to report it before but didn't know how to reproduce it so never did. However, what I have done now is keep the L1 enabled till it occurs again. So it occured again today, so attaching the logs.

The issue:
  • If you copy anything, it does not show up in ClipboardManager
  • Clipboard manager still opens and closes and responds to keyboard shortcuts
  • PINNED items respond to their shortcuts as well
  • Right click on CF icon does not work
  • Only way forward is to exit it using task manager
  • While its being forcefully closed the system hangs
