The picture below shows how the CF hotkey tab looked after restoring configuration on a fresh system (Please note that CTRL+' was assigned on the previous system from which configuration is imported). However, CTRL+' failed to work, unless I edit this and again put CTRL+' and click apply.

To re-produce the error, on any fresh system install CF. Restore configuration from another system where hotkey is set as below and it won't work until you re-assign. I am attaching my configuration just as a reference to make it easier.
