I introduced something to prevent the textbox from flickering while redrawing, but it turned out that on some machines it would fail to redraw initially. I fixed the bug easily, once I tracked it down. Thanks for your patience!

I've tested v2.0.2.102 Beta 2 on my PC at work, and it works now - I don't see the background through the macro editor window anymore.
I'll test Beta 2 on my laptop and PC at home later tonight... I can't seem to reproduce the issue on any of my machines though, so I'm sort of shooting in the dark here. Can you give Beta 1 a try and let me know if you still have the issue:

They all have different hardware/software, but all have the same problem (as above). Version 2.0.1 didn't have this problem, just v2.0.2.

Also, I didn't really do anything with the editor with this release, only added new functions.

It is easy enough to fix - just force a redraw. Eg. move the window off the screen and back again, or switch to another window and back again, or minimise all windows and restore them again, but initially when it first opens the code text area is invisible.

This happens on both my work PC (Win Vista) and my home PC (Win XP SP3).

I know that you made a few changes to the editor in the latest version, perhaps a bug crept in somewhere...
