The icon to the left of the search box at the bottom of the History window will clear the items.

It seems to be an issue with having some history item that's malformed or something like that. If you're not concerned about the sensitivity of your history items, could you do a ClipboardFusion backup (Settings > Options > Export) and send us the files via Help > Support Request in the settings window?

I have Clipboard Fusion Pro (version 5.6) on Windows 10 Pro.

When I copy something, it doesn't add it to the Clipboard history. I don't know why. I've managed to capture the bug in a screencast.
