Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:

  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button
  • Reply with the file attached

Could you also send me over a debug log? Here are the steps:

  • On the ClipboardFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
  • Reproduce the issue (Copy a few items, and let it run for a bit) and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Reply with the file attached
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

For me deleting the db file is not an option, since I don't want to lose my local pinned items.

The next beta will have a fix to trim up the clipboardfusion.db size.

If you don't need your local history/pinned items, you can exit ClipboardFusion, delete clipboardfusion.db, and start it back up.

As I have to free up space on my C: partition, I would like to reduce this size. How can I do this? I habe set my clipboard history to 30 items maximum.

There are also 600 CFCACHE files in the database folder, totalling another 1,4 GB. How can I purge them? ]]>
