I added Outlook to my ignore list and hopefully that will fix it.

Still, I have to say that the whole bizarre behavior by Outlook is peculiar to say the least. I searched for some Microsoft documentation on this, but -- unfortunately -- came up empty.

You do have a couple of options here. You can disable auto-scrubbing, and use the double-copy scrubbing or a HotKey to perform the scrubbing. Or, you can exclude Outlook from the scrubbing by adding it to the excluded applications list in the Settings window. Whenever I click certain buttons or perform certain tasks I get an avalanche (between 10-20) pop-up windows showing me that an image has been copied. The most dependable manifestation of this occurs when I start Outlook. The bizarre things is that usually the image is an icon from the application itself.

Thus, my questions are:

1) Is there a way to end these random copy commands when starting applications?;
2) Is the "avalanche effect of Clipboard Fusion pop-ups a bug, or is my machine actually copying the same image 10-20 times;
3) Has anyone else seen this sort of thing?; and
4) Is there any way for me to fix / de-bug this?

Sorry, I realize this a random post, but this is the only way I know to describe it.
