Yep it should be safe to delete everything except your most recent backup. ClipboardFusion automatically creates a backup when it updates, you can disable that in the Advanced Settings if you would like.

You can create/restore backups via the ClipboardFusion Settings > Options > Export/Restore Settings.

I'm guerssing I can delete most of those - am I right?

Also, is there a way to set the frequency of the backup?

Finally, within settings - where are the backup settings found?
