<description><![CDATA[Yeah, that's really strange! I haven't run into that before. You could try disabling all other applications from startup, reboot, then re-test to see if it still happens. If it doesn't, re-enable apps one by one, rebooting in between to see which one causes it.

I have display fusion installed but I usually only need it running for the tablet.  I have powertoys always running, with fancy zones, if that matters, but I doubt it.
