Is the clipboard manager supposed to show when CF is launched?<br/>
If yes, it's not.<br/>

It would be nice in M$ fixed multi monitor ssues [<img src="https://www.clipboardfusion.com/MediaCommon/SVGs/FontAwesome/face-rolling-eyes.light.svg" alt="::)" style="box-sizing:border-box;position:relative;overflow:hidden;vertical-align:middle !important;width:16px;height:16px;" HelpButtonData="::)" HelpButtonDataAlign="BelowMiddle" />] but can CF be tweaked to fix this?<br/>
ie is the CM windows where it should be? No - put it there!
