Is the clipboard manager supposed to show when CF is launched?
If yes, it's not.

A few reboots later and it's all good.

When Windows starts up however, it's always on thr bottom right of the main monitor, so I have to move it.
Is it some sort of Windows not having fully initialised other monitors by the time the problematic app loads issue?
It would be nice in M$ fixed multi monitor ssues [] but can CF be tweaked to fix this?
