It sounds like you may have had some clients holding onto older un-synced data causing some items to be undeleted. If you delete those items again they should stay deleted and the pinned item order should be working now too. Just needed to make sure that all of your clients are synced before we make a change here.

I'll keep you posted when we've done it, and then you can try re-ordering them again and see if they stick.

All 3 are set to sync automatically, so I assume they've been doing that.
I don't know why I didn't think of this before, but I think the solution to my problem is to set the order by doing it from my CF account here online. However, I have noticed on several occasions that the order somehow gets corrupted. I've tediously changed the order back to the way I want it, but after a while (I don't remember how long), it gets corrupted again.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
